This place is fantastic! The Grinder sandwich was absolutely delicous! The 50/50 soup was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The owner was warm and welcoming, greeting me with genuine kindness. He even offered a few complimentary samples, which gave me a chance to see just how delicious his desserts are. It's great to have a high-quality sandwich shop in the area. I'll definitely be coming back!

From the moment we walked in, I knew this place was different. The owners greeted us right away and made sure we had everything we needed. They were ready to answer questions and genuinely cared about our experience. John, one of the owners, brought out a few Curry Wings with a house made sauce he's been working on for curry week, as we waited for our food. But that's not all, he also sent over some desserts they also serve that my wife and I could enjoy! This wasn't just customer service; it felt like he was sharing his craft with us. He asked for feedback, took it seriously, and you could tell he's constantly working to refine his recipes. Before we even got our sandwiches, John also insisted I try the chicken tenders, battered in pork rinds and coated with their homemade seasoning. These Gluten free tenders will go toe to toe to anyone in the game. They crispy, packed with flavor, JUICY and a game changer. Then came the sandwiches. We tried the Roast Beef Special and The Janice. The Roast Beef was stacked with tender beef, tomato, spinach, romanesco, and cheddar cheese on gluten-free bread. Simple but solid. But the Janice? That was the winner. Roast beef, buffalo cream cheese, pickled onions, spinach, and tomato, with blue cheese to top it off. The pickled onions were the standout, for me, it was just enough tang to cut through the richness of everything else. What impressed me most was the PORTION of protein you get! This isn't the kind of place that charges you extra for more meat. They load up their sandwiches, and every bite counts. This place doesn't just serve food, it serves an experience. Great flavors, great people, and no shortcuts. Glad they're in the neighborhood. The wife and I will be regular customers.

First bomb food. Then the service was amazing. I highly recommend this place. Especially those who are looking for gluten free, low carb. But if you're just looking for good food in general I highly recommend this spot. Hidden gem for sure.

What a find! Everyone should try this place regardless of your diet. I'm not gluten or sugar free, and if they had not told me the food was made that way, I wouldn't have even realized. Very friendly service, delicious food, and a quaint space. The tomato basil soup was great, the jalapeno popper soup was great, my roast beef sandwich was perfect, and the peanut butter chocolate dessert was delicious! Try it!!!
